The White Loft Studio is a truly unique space that seamlessly blends industrial charm with modern sophistication. The 1,000 sq ft garage loft boasts a 30 foot vintage wall of windows that bathe the room in natural light. A skylight pours in even more brightness, creating a soft, airy ambiance. The white exposed brick adds a clean, fresh feel, making it an ideal setting for photography, videography or creative shoots. There is parking lot and load-in back door entrance into The White Loft Studio for creatives on Morrow St behind our building. We are happy to allow you to bring in your own furniture/equipment through the roll-up 10ft garage door. Guests are required to enter through the main shop front door on Benson St. Please be respectful of any sessions happening in other studios as this is how they will enter the building.

The White Loft Studio is located on the FIRST FLOOR directly off the main shop boutique shops. Restrooms do not have wheelchair access, but can accommodate walkers.

Our blank canvas gives you the ultimate flexibility to craft a setting that aligns perfectly with your shoot’s aesthetic. With pad protected sofa/chair legs, you are free to move the furniture as you like. Use the entire space for your shoot. With 3-5 areas for sets at any given time, imagine a space that empowers you to push boundaries, experiment with ideas, and bring bold concepts to life. Adjust the lighting with dimmers, switch out props, or arrange the furniture in ways that fuel your creativity. The possibilities are endless—allowing you to fully express yourself, experiment, and create without limits. Your vision becomes reality in a space designed to inspire.

You get the use of the entire studio with one session. What’s available to use?

• Movable — Black velvet tufted sofa, blue/grey tufted settee, various chairs, mirrors. shelving units, accent tables, and more

• Adaptable decor and props — A wide selection of pillows, rugs, silk plants, blankets and props with various color schemes, patterns and shapes in our Prop Library.

• White or black fabric backdrop — positioned by our wall of windows for ultimate soft natural sunlight.

• Rent our floral installations for added ambiance (call us for more info 513-800-4031)

The White Loft Studio is dog friendly. Unfortunately, there is a cat allergy.
