The Magnolia Studio is a serene and intimate space, perfect for creative’s to capture life's most cherished moments. Natural light pours into the room through three floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a soft, radiant atmosphere. The ornately designed vintage fireplace adds a touch of timeless elegance, while the rich dark hardwood floors ground the space with warmth and sophistication. Designed for private sessions, this cozy studio is ideal for newborn, maternity, boudoir, or small family shoots, offering a peaceful retreat where every detail is thoughtfully crafted to make your experience unforgettable. With abundant natural light flooding the space and a charming, intimate ambiance, it provides an ideal backdrop to showcase every stunning detail of your shoot.

The Magnolia Studio is ON THE SECOND FLOOR and is reached by steps. It is not handicap accessible. There is a restroom on the second floor. You or your guests are not permitted to access the kitchen.

There is parking lot and load-in back door entrance into The White Loft Studio for creatives on Morrow St behind our building. Guests are required to enter through the main shop front door on Benson St. Please be respectful of any sessions happening in The White Loft if they are going on at the same time you enter.

The Magnolia Studio is dog friendly. Unfortunately, there is a cat allergy.

You can hire the talented team from Blend Artistry, our on-site makeup and hair artist company with a fully equipped salon, and models enjoy professional beauty services inside Gallery 118.
