Welcome to R & R Yoga and Massage Event! Join Judi and Shelly at The White Loft Studio at Gallery 118 for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session (11:00-12:00) and chair massage.

Judi is a Certified Gentle Therapeutics yoga instructor and a Licensed Massage Therapist by the Ohio Medical Board. Shelly is a Certified Chair Massage Therapist and has a Master's degree in Health Education and Promotion.

This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, destress, and focus on your well-being and to see how this can be ideal for bridal parties getting ready for the big wedding day. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is suitable for all levels. R & R offers package deals for bridal parties, wedding showers, and bachelorette parties.
